Children and Young People
Activities and Services Survey 2008
All organisations working with children and young people are being invited to take part in this survey which is being carried out by Voluntary Action Wokingham Borough on behalf of Wokingham Borough Council and its partners under the Children’s Trust arrangements.

We are gathering information about all the groups, organisations and clubs providing services or activities to under-25s in Wokingham Borough.  We are also including those aimed at adults in their role as parents.
If you have any questions or would prefer to complete this questionnaire on paper, please contact Children's Centre Programme Officer, Sarah Mayall.
